In the code of the plugin, there are a couple things with jquery.

wp_enqueue_script( 'jqui', CP_URL . 'js/jquery-ui.js' );

We have a jquery UI version in WP. We'd rather you call that, and then if you need more of the core plugins, just include the ones we don't have. See http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script#Default_scripts_included_with_WordPress for more.

You should also delete the jquery.js file so it doesn't show up on our auto-searches for people using jquery wrongly :)

Other than that, your plugin looks fine. So just clean up those points and reply to this email with a link to your updated code, or just attach it in the reply :)
