Pronamic Page Teasers

This plugin makes it easy to bind pages (teasers) to a page.

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.

The teasers will automatically be added to the_content() using the_content() filter. If you want to change the markup of the teasers, you should create a "pronamic-page-teasers.php" file within your theme directory.

pronamic-page-teasers.php

<?php

$teasers = pronamic_get_page_teasers();

$h = is_front_page() ? 3 : 2;

if($teasers): ?>

<ul>

    <?php foreach($teasers as $post): setup_postdata($post); ?>

    <li>
        <article id="teaser-<?php the_ID(); ?>" <?php post_class('teaser'); ?>>
            <h<?php echo $h; ?> class="entry-title">
                <a href="<?php the_permalink(); ?>" title="<?php printf(esc_attr__('Permalink to %s'), the_title_attribute('echo=0')); ?>" rel="bookmark">
                    <?php the_title(); ?>
                </a>
            </h<?php echo $h; ?>>

            <?php the_excerpt(); ?>
        </article>
    </li>

    <?php endforeach; ?>

</ul>

<?php endif; ?>
