iedetect detects the Internet Explorer and show a warning message if it's an old version.

How can i activate the function of the plugin?

Install the plugin and activate it in the administration panel of WordPress.

How can i change the message?

If you are similar with JS, then you do this in the ieinfobar.js. If not - stay tuned. Future versions may come with an admin panel for administrating the plugin.
