Fixes a silly bug in the front-end, due to which unpublished posts had appeared in the series post list. Now unpublished posts are hidden from normal users, and shown in italic to users with edit privilege.

The back-end, of course, always shows every entry in a series. I changed the formatting to match the above semantics.
