Download the plugin file and unzip it.
Upload the eclipse-crossword-integration folder to the wp-content/plugins/ folder.
Activate the Eclipse Crossword Integration plugin within WordPress.

Alternatively, you can install the plugin automatically through the WordPress Admin interface.
