If WP_DEBUG=true, this plugin adds a visual style that prevents admins from forgetting that debugging is enabled. Simple, slim, handy.

Can I disable the visual style from the front-end or back-end?

Sure, just set your preference on the settings page.

Dashboard -> Settings -> Debug Notifier

Can I use this plugin in a production environment?

Yes. Only those users with 'administrator' capability (or higher) will be able to see the visual style. Note, however, that enabling debugging in a live environment should be avoided, if possible.
