WordPress › BuddyPress Real Names

BuddyPress Real Names allows you to change the regular nickname displayed for a user to anything you want.

Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
Copy the content from the plugin's /theme directory to your current theme directory.
In the Administration Panel > Settings > General, change the default role from Subscriber to Wiki Author; or give the required capabilities to your users.
Setup the plugin's options under the Users menu.
