Installation
From the Archive
- Extract all files from the banckle-Helpdesk ZIP archive.
- Upload the extracted banckle-Helpdesk folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
From the WordPress admin
- Download the Banckle Helpdesk widget for WordPress.
- Sign into your WordPress website admin.
- On the left menu click Plugins. The Plugins screen displays.
- Click Add New. The Install Plugins screen is displayed.
- Click Upload.
- Provide the path or browse to the plugin files you downloaded earlier.
- Click Install Now. The widget is successfully installed.
- Click Activate Plugin. The widget is successfully activated and now is ready to make it available on your website.
