Atom Default Feed
Switches WordPress feeds to default to Atom format and obsoletes the RDF and RSS 0.92 feeds.

- Added code to remove the RDF and RSS 0.92 feeds and make them give an RSS 2 feed instead. Nobody needs these outdated feed types. Nobody ever will need them. They only cause trouble. See http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/4967 for more on the topic.
