"View Your Profile" Should Not Have Multiple Meanings

Why I Won't Nominate This Site For Webware 100

I have a hard time finding my profile. "View your profile" means different things in different places.

    For example, on this page:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

"View your profile" takes you here:
    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/profile/johnywhy

    But on this page:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/156873?replies=5

"View your profile" takes you here:
    http://wordpress.org/support/profile/273545

    And these pages:
    http://wordpress.org/
    http://wordpress.org/extend/

does not even display "View your profile" or indicate that I'm logged in.

As a result of the above, I'm forever digging around from page to page until I can get to my profile.

I'm sure there's a logic to it. I have an "plugins profile", and a "comments profile", and maybe others. But i find it confusing for the same term to mean different things in different places, and a pain in the butt to have to jump around until i can find the one i want, which is this one:
    http://wordpress.org/support/profile/273545

Every page should have a way of getting to THAT one. And instead of "View your profile" for addins, the addins "profile" should not be called a profile, it should say "View your plugins" or something like that.

    KVETCH!!!!
