Tracking Internal links to help update them when parent links change

Now that we have the beauty of internal linking, I wonder if we couldn't have a row in the pages and posts panel that says, under each title, "linked to..." with the titles of the pages and posts that it shows up in.

For example, I write a post called Dogs. I link to that post on my Cats, Pets, and Animals pages on my WP site.

In the admin panel, under the post title Dogs in the admin panel (under Quick Edit), I see "Linked to Cats, Pets, Animals".

My line of thinking on this is that, if I were to change the permalink of the Dogs post, I've got three pages where the link would break. Having some type of tracker could help me easily find all the Dogs links so I could update them as well.

Actually the permalink won't break. It'll redirect :D
