    So, if Ipstenu is right, this could probably be "fixed" by releasing wp 3.3 + by being more thorough on http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Types and then RTFM.

    Is that what youré saing?

    @Ipstenu What the heck is a sub cpt? Can cpt's have child cpt's? Where can I read more?

    Yes, CPTs can have children. You can use hierarchical=true to make a custom post type have children within that post type.
