Synchronize the starting point between visual and HTML mode

Do you often use both visual and HTML mode when you make a post or page? So do I.

I often use both modes of editor to make posting faster. So that, I should change my mode several times. After typing in visual, change some code in HTML, type again in visual, insert some code in HTML, make a change in visual, and so on.

There is no problem about the editor. But when I change the mode from visual to HTML, and vice versa, the pointer always starts at the beginning of the post and I should search again the position that I want to change. It looks OK when it is a short post. But it isn't good for a long post.

I guess it would be nice if WordPress could synchronize the starting point of the pointer. So that we can start at the same position (in different mode) where we left before.
