Show install date and time in Plugins

    You know how it is.

    You're adding all the bells and whistles to your site then suddenly find that something that was working isn't.

    Quite often you've been off down several blind alleys with other problems and quite frankly you lose track of what you installed when and when the thing that's now broken last worked.

    (Yes in an ideal world we'd all be keeping copious notes of all our amendments as we went along - but quite frankly who has the time and sometimes you are installing and uninstalling several plugins until you find your Goldilocks one)

    I'd certainly find it useful if in the list of installed plugins, it displayed the date and time of installation.

    That way you could roll back step by step and (more) quickly establish what has caused the problem....

    it shows you the install date of plugin and plus the last activated/deactived date
