Search Media Library by filename

The Media Library lists images by image title.

If you have the incorrect image URL, and you want to find the correct image URL, you have to find the image in the Media Library.

It would be helpful to be able to search the Media Library by filename, rather than having to rely on visual matching.

You can. Put in the name in the search box.

What if I don't know the name, and only know the filename?

    The filename returns no results.

You can. Put in the name in the search box.

You can't actually. By default, WP puts the file name in the title field so it seems like you can... until you give it a good title. :)

This seems like a good fit for a plugin though - how often do people need to search the media library by file name?
