Post Title with Image Thumbnail Tooltip

   I would like a feature that will display the first image in a post or a default image (if the post has no images) as a tooltip for the post title in the index.php and other pages that contain the posts.

   did it combining the plugin with special fields containing the image url. thanks anyways
