Organize list of theme files in the theme editor

The list of theme files should have some sort of consistent organization, with the usual theme files (style.css, index.php, single.php, etc.) at the top, and other templates at the bottom. Files like category.php should be grouped with related files like category-1.php.

Yeah I agree. It can be a bit daunting for non-techies.

definately. i always have trouble remembering whether i want to edit archive.php or archives.php. it would be nice if there was a heading between the standard theme files and the page templates, and another heading for other files in the same folder.
