organise enabled and disabled plugins

    Hi

It would be great if the list of plugins on the main plugin admin page moved all disabled plugins to the bottom of the list and enabled ones to the top so we can see at a quick glance what the story is with the plugins that actually matter ATM.
    ...
I guess people with a lot of plugins (like 20 or more) wont like this, they may prefer to organise alphabetically or by plugin update status or plugin error status and so on

So I guess it would be cool if we could choose (and have the choice stick) how we want the plugin list to be organised.
    Cheers :)

It does make sense to move non-active plugins to the bottom of the screen in their own area by default.

I know in my particular use case, if I keep a plugin installed that is not active, it is usually because it is a tool that I need seldomly and the extra clutter in the plugin screen is unwelcome.

We already have active/inactive links. They're already organized.

If I click on the "All" list of plugins, I expect to see all plugins listed, preferably in alphabetical order (as is the case now).
