   a good idea is a open port filter to block open proxys used by spammers and hackers

   How can you be so sure? Aren't open proxys used by people from a reason? (Well, I don't know. Just asking.) Isn't it too restrictive to block these people? How many such nospammers are there?

   This would be effectless and actually you can't block all the proxy ports.
