Notifications for my Plugin Support Tab

I am not talking about the WordPress Code.
    I am talking about wordpress.org.

I have a plugin that is in the WordPress Repository and on my plugin page there is a "Support" tab. The issue is that whenever anyone posts a new thread to my Support page I do NOT receive any notifications. I can only receive notification after I have checked that I want to receive them for that thread only.

For me and every plugin creator to provide better and faster support we should have an option to receive notifications whenever someone posts a thread to this area. Otherwise we have to constantly look to see if anyone has posted anything there. I know for a fact that I am not going to be able to do that.

I am sure this has been discussed before, but I can't find any solutions.

Sorry, but it seems that there is already an option for this.

"Subscribe to the RSS feed for your plugin's dedicated forum."

Once I found the RSS Link I did see another option that said "Subscribe to Emails for this Plugin". This seems to be an option for every Plugin regardless if you are the creator or not. So I went ahead and clicked on that. I will report back if that is the answer.

Sorry, I didn't see that sooner, but it is a bit small and hard to find originally.

So I would like to change the request to:
By default this option should be selected if you are the Plugin Creator.

Not everyone wants emails. I happily live by RSS ;)
