I'd like the possibility to limit "Contributors" to only see their own posts in "Manage".
Why?
In WordPress you can set a post to be automatically published (and ping) at a given time in the future. These posts are invisible for visitors and search engines until that time. However, logged in contributors can see these posts from the moment they are "pre-published". This in turn gives malicious cotributors the possibility to copy and publish on another blog
