JavaScript in Footer

    Currently some of the built-in JavaScript for WordPress appears in the <head></head> location. Please move the JavaScript to just above the </body> tag to improve page rendering speed.

    Is it possible for WordPress to have an option to minify it's own built-in JavaScript?

    Almost all JavaScript is minified and loaded in the footer. Some things must be loaded in the head, however, and some third party JS isn't minified. Any remaining JS that can be minified and moved to the footer will be.

    All default JavaScript is currently minified except few scripts that are not used but included for backwards compatibility.

    Only two scripts load in the header, jQuery and utils.js as they might be needed while loading the rest of the HTML. All the rest load in the footer as suggested here.

    Hello, don't know if it's the right place but after 2 days of struggling with this, I don't know where to turn.
    I have this javascript code in my theme footer.php and this is a portion of it:
    <Script Language='Javascript'>
    <!--
    document.write(unescape('%3C%64%69%76%20

    Is there anyway to decode it?

    Thanking you in advance.
