Life would be so much easier if there was a "duplicate page" button.
A duplicate page button would mimic the page exactly.
Exact same content and custom fields, all filled out exactly as your original page. Saving you time in coping and pasting.
You would be able to edit the fields within templates much faster.

There's a plugin for this: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/duplicate-post/
(I will note that this is currently something built into WordPress.com, so I would say it's possible this may show up in Core one day. Not today, though.)
