Delete comments directly from Dashboard

Currently (v2.1) it takes three clicks to delete a comment from the Dashboard: "Edit", "Delete", and then "OK". The last step is a dialog box now (new page in 2.0), which is an improvement, but it's still a pain, especially when you have a slow browser and regular spam comments.

There should be a "Delete" link after each comment shown on the Dashboard. The user should have a choice of whether this is a one-click or two-click (with dialog box -- should be default) process on the Options page.

actually, a "mass delete" would be even better (Akismet takes care of spam, but I have some pages with too many comments which are no longer useful and need cleaning)
