Complete Feed management

   Add a Dashboard page that alowed for complete feed management including options for which feeds (posts , comments) which formats and also options for using 3rd party services like feedburner.

   An easy way to manage RSS feeds is desperately needed for regular people who want to use Feedburner and can't figure out the codex's instructions.

   Absolutely!

   This was one of those "easter eggs" we found and didn't really want. When I chose to syndicate my full feed I didn't expect that option to be over-ridden by new features in WP 2.1. Now I must choose between using the <--MORE--> feature or publishing my full feed. Annoying.
