Category is like homepage, post, and page

   I'm just gave ideas and hopes to wordpress.org, a person or community to realize my ideas.

   My Ideas:

   * Category may have content such as homepage, post or page and there are fields for comments

   * Categories are indexed by search engines only on the first page to avoid duplicate content.

   You can already do what your .jpg proposes. It needs to be designed that way in the theme file.
