admin from normal site view

I worked on a cms project that used sitecore and their pages were editable from the normal site view. (logged in) there were little icons (dots) in the places where content was editable. you click on the little icon and get a little pop up with basic html editor comes up.

very cool this is the way of the future.
you'd still have an admin area but it would be just the setup and maint. stuff.

It may be difficult to design inline editing interface so that it works well with any template. e.g. too narrow, too wide, bad colors, etc.

You should consider renaming this to "edit from normal site view". It's not about admin.

Addressed by the "Edit N Place" plugin.
