Admin backend contrast colours

The whole contrast/colour combination of the admin backend menus is way too low/hard to view. LCD monitors are very unforgiving when viewed from a slightly different angle vertically, How about making it good for us with vision that's not so great :)

Are you talking about the new 3.0 gray color scheme? Good luck in trying to get the "UI" team to fix this mistake. They've been dead set on changing it, no matter how legitimate the protests.

For those of you that don't have perfect vision (like me), I suggest the blue color scheme. There's a little more contrast with that one.

Even the current default scheme it can get very tricky to view the mouse over shades. But I forgot about the admin colour options too! thanks.

@greenshady: The only color change in 3.0 is the header. The rest of the admin colors are the same.

@perthmetro: There has been a desire for a third admin 'theme' for a while to be high contrast, with larger type and bigger click targets to address people with disabilities who have trouble with the current admin colors. It hasn't been very easy to get people involved in this, probably people who volunteer are usually most passionate about working on things they want to use themselves. It's on the list, though.
