    This would be a great idea -- for a sort of running list of any changes made or ideas for changes, etc... one of the hardest things (imo) developing and managing wp sites is to know who did what when... particularly if you use (like I do) WordPress as a CMS.

    Think of it as design & development notes, store it in the dashboard for only admin level viewers.
