Pick one place and put the configuration pages for all plugins there. Right now, some plugins go under options, some under plugins, some under presentation.

some have a top-level tab in the main nav bar of the Admin
i like the idea of most plugins having a little configuration box when they're first activated. anything that requires constant upkeep can go under options/manage.
