And quite often I use the same plugins across the installations. Under construction, contact form 7, all in one SEO, etc.

I find it annoying to have to search and find each plugin every time I spin up a new WP install. I would love for the plugin section to have a "personal plugin library." This would basically be a section of the WP.org website where I can go and find not only my most often downloaded plugins, but a selection of plugins that I've starred or checked as my favorite plugins.

It should also let me select all, or any number of the plugins in that list and download/install them all at once.

This would also allow WP.org to have a new section: "Most Used" plugins, or something along those lines.
