Unfortunately new users are like flies round a tird

What I propose are Owner House Rules displayed in the new user sign up area
i.e
1/ Only Unique Content Will Be Accepted And Posted
2/ Use The Aids I Have Provided In The Tool Shed (password page}
3/ Must Include Images
4/ Must Include At Least One Youtube Video
5/ Minimum Three Posts Per Calender Month
6/ You MUST sign up for my newsletter - so we can communicate.
etc, etc, etc. . . . . .

Page will also include a specific "User WP Newsletter" sign up box

If they don't agree - application terminated
