WordPress was not intended as MultiSite too but thats core of it now.

Think of it like running your own wordpress.com install - All sites are disconnected content wise.

Since WordPress officially started to support WpMU as WordPress MultiSite, people will start to create specific networks.

And i believe specific networks need Global terms. Whats your opinion?
