			<description><![CDATA[<p>There would then be nothing stopping someone stealing all your content very easily and setting up an identical blog and claiming it as there own content. </p>
<p>Having to use and .xml file atleast provides some barrier to this.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>It's often a pain to migrate posts between WordPress blogs.</p>
<ol>
<li>Go to old WordPress blog</li>
<li>Go to Manage &#62; Export</li>
<li>Spend forever waiting to download a .xml file</li>
<li>Go to new WordPress blog</li>
<li>Go to Manage &#62; Import</li>
<li>Upload .xml file</li>
<li>Spend forever waiting for file to upload (which is about twice as slow as downloading, as most people have <em>asymmetric</em> DSL)</li>
</ol>
<p>This could be improved.</p>
<p>Imagine if your WordPress blogs could directly communicate so you wouldn't even have to see a .xml file. You would navigate to your <em>new</em> WordPress blog, go to Manage &#62; Import, click the WordPress option, enter your <em>old</em> blog URL, username, password, and click Go. You'd be done in no time, especially if this were done in the background.</p>
