What I would like to do, is instead of being able to list in a post something like:

CATEGORIES: Chicago, 1 bedroom flat, 1,200 USD

I would like to, instead, be able to call the_category() multiple times, and filter it per parent categories, so I could have something like:

CITY: Chicago
PROPERTY TYPE: 1 bedroom flat
RENT PCM: 1,200 USD

(That is, being Chicago a child category from CITY, 1 bedroom flat a child category from PROPERTY TYPE, and so on)...
