As said above by one of the participants, I dont think the buttons should be incorporated into the MCE toolbar, because it would look natural to some of the users, and they'll have hard time finding it....

The ergonomic level, it is strange to have buttons in two different places.. It's better to have one toolbar with all functions. Ok for TinyMCE Advanced but it would be better to have it installed by default, or to re organize the buttons.

You might want to bring it up with the UI group to get their thoughts though:

I have trained a diverse set of people on how to use WordPress, and one thing that trips up many new users is locating where to add images / videos / etc. I believe having the icons outside of the MCE toolbar is confusing -- somehow these buttons must be clearer. Integrating them into the MCE toolbar is one way, or making these tabs seem more connected to the content editor via some design tweaks. Thanks for the consideration!

Would be nice if the WordPress comes with natively editor (could be TinyMCE) for descriptions areas, like Category, Tags, Media, User Profile, etc. Also, the Text Widget could have this implementation too.

I know that exists plugins for it. But, wouldnt be nice come natively?
