- IP/IP Range Ban (as with WP-Ban)
- IP Access restrictions (e.g. disable comment posting/specific page viewing)
- Referrer/hostname ban (as with WP-Ban)

Maybe it could build towards Askimet-style database of all reported spammers/site abusers could create a database of known IP addresses, and thus blacklist those who repeated offenses on all sites participating in this scheme?

I propose that users should have the ability to add IP bans to their .htaccess file through their WordPress control panel.
