			<description><![CDATA[<p>Maybe - could it encompass the following:-</p>
<p>- IP/IP Range Ban (as with WP-Ban)<br />
- IP Access restrictions (e.g. disable comment posting/specific page viewing)<br />
- Referrer/hostname ban (as with WP-Ban)</p>
<p>Maybe it could build towards Askimet-style database of all reported spammers/site abusers could create a database of known IP addresses, and thus blacklist those who repeated offenses on all sites participating in this scheme?

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Although you can easily edit a .htaccess file, the time it takes to simply ban someone is unnecessary - you can end up having to open up a hosting control panel or FTP client, connect, browse through folders prior to revising one single file. I propose that users should have the ability to add IP bans to their .htaccess file through their WordPress control panel.
