			<description><![CDATA[<p>Create something like google sidewiki, with shared comments 'inline' on elements in blogs.  A user could comment underneath still, or they'd see "3 users have commented on this section" click to expand, and view the comments, vote on them, reply, etc.  This allows reply to specific aspects, it would be useful for educators to encourage critical appraisal of individual parts of a piece as well as the whole, etc.</p>
