Thanks theApe for the grat idea.

It would also be good to undo the changes back to the original site, with a type of self-recovery similar to Open Office.

It would be nice to have a section in the changelog's of the WordPress Documentation that logs when the page you're viewing was created modified or updated as well as the since version.

Or like at the end of any Wikipedia page...

if you caught Matt's "State of the Word" he touched on this. To quote him, "It's hard." We'd all love it, but it's just crazy right now, since part of the reason Google can do this is because you're on their servers, and they have the power for it. WP is on yours, and is much, much smaller.

It's more likely we'd see this on .com first, where WP can control the world, and then on VIPs, and finally inching out to the rest of us. Don't expect it soon, though :/

Great idea!
I was looking for a plugin like this, but couldn't find one. There are some document management systems that talk about "collaboration", but you need to download files and editing at the same time is not possible.

Writing a post in WordPress with multiple people at the same time just like you can do in Google Docs.
