How about either making the button labels more descriptive of their function...OR make the visual mode so it can be temporarily switch on again while you are on the Write page? I don't want to have to go to my Profile page to switch my permanent preference for this setting just for the sake of a single post (which I have to abandon anyway once I realize I need Visual Mode).
