I was just wondering if there was anyway to make a plugin that could make and run an affiliate program for your site (so you pay others). Obviously, the control panel would have settings like:

* the amount of % you offer,
* the ability to give a registered user a better % rate (if you want to of course),
* logs a list of participutes - with paypal accounts, contact details etc.
* an 'easy' one click 'pay them' link that works out how much you owe the participate, and then sends you to Paypal to complete the transaction (of course using the stored information mentioned above)
* perhaps even a 'polite reminder' setting, so when you login on the day of 'payment' you don't forget paying your affiliate participates
