Please make sure you have PHP 5 installed.
Upload wp-mediawiki.php and the folder wp-mediawiki containing wp-mediawiki.css and wp-mediawiki.js to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
Complete options in the 'Options' page.
