WordPress Google Form

Embeds a published, public Google Form in a WordPress post, page, or widget.

Install using the WordPress Pluin Installer (search for WordPress Google Form) or download WordPress Google Form, extract the wpgforms folder and upload wpgforms to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.
Configure WP Goolge Forms from the Settings menu as appropriate.
Use the [gform form='<full_url_to_form>'] shortcode wherever you'd like to insert the Google Form.
