The video management and player plugin for the wordpress.org project, known as WP-Vidavee, is a plugin that facilitates the uploading, management, and presentation of your videos to your bloging audience. By providing an interface that integrates with a remote transcoding, storage and serving infrastructure, your videos are uploaded within your own WordPress administrative console and markup tags are generated to playback the videos from vidavee.

Create a new page/entry or edit an existing one and you will notice a new panel below your editor. If you are a first time user, your gallery area is empty and is prompting you to upload a video. Go ahead and upload a video, once the upload is complete, it will show up in your gallery area and you can click on it to go to the item detail. Once there, you will see a field with a mark-up code like this; "{vidavee id="1" }". Copy that code and paste it into your editor. When you save and view your post, you will see your video!
