What is Host in the configuration menu?

This is the address of your mail server. It can be an IP (ie xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx), a domain (ie mail.domain.net), or localhost. You should also include a port number in this address. For IMAP this is typically 143. Your complete Host name should look something like this: mail.domain.net:143

What is User / Address in the configuration menu?

This is the username you use to access your email account. Typically, this is your email address, but not necissarily.

What is Password in the configuration menu?

The password corresponding to your username
