Mollom

Prerequisites

If your blog/your visitors use a non-western character set (i.e. Chinese, Arabic,...) you will need the mbstring extension for PHP (http://www.php.net/mbstring) installed on your server. This extension is needed to correctly pass all comment data past the CAPTCHA. If you do not have the extension installed, the plugin will fall back to a mode which still allows the use of commen western character sets (latin-1, ISO-8599-1).
