Images are not showing for advanced mobile devices

This is most likely due to folder permissions being incorrect.

Please set permissions for the 'cache' folder located inside of the 'plugins/wp-mobile-detector' folder to 777.

Does this plugin work with the W3 Total Cache plugin?

Yes, on the 'Page Cache Settings' inside of W3 Total Cache place 'websitez_is_mobile' in the 'Rejected Cookies' field.
