Using the WordPress dashboard

1. Login to your weblog
2. Go to Plugins
3. Select Add New
4. Search for WP-Login-Vkb
5. Select Install
6. Select Install Now
7. Select Activate Plugin

Manual

1. Download and unzip the plugin
2. Upload the entire wp-login-vkb/ directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
3. Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
