I've tested this plugin with WordPress 2.2 - 2.5, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work with any other version from 1.5 and up.

To install, upload the wp-list-files directory to your /wp-content/plugins directory. Then activete it from the Plugins panel.

In wp-list-files/wp-list-files.php are some options you might want to take a look at.
