Automatically invokes Facebox on gallery items and linked images in a post or page.

Facebox is a jQuery-based, Facebook-style lightbox which can display images, divs, or entire remote pages. It's simple to use and easy on the eyes. This plugin makes Facebox installation a breeze. Inspired by Daniel Stockman's Facebox v1.2.2, this plugin automatically invokes the facebox modal when images are detected however it additionally detects if there are multiple linked images and adds gallery and slideshow controls accordingly. Also new with WP Facebox Gallery is title's and descriptions for images.

This release has been tested compatible with all WordPress versions since 2.8

* Note: A new version will be released in March 2012 that will update the core script of this plugin. Please be advised that it should be a seamless upgrade unless you have modified the plugin in your installation.
